You must un-deploy NSX Cloud configurations before decommissioning the CSM appliance.

To un-deploy NSX Cloud, perform the following steps:

  1. Undeploy or Unlink PCG.

    For any issues, see Troubleshooting PCG Undeployment.

  2. Decommission the CSM appliance.
    1. Log in to the vSphere Client using your administrator credentials.
    2. Power off the CSM appliance VM.
    3. To delete the CSM appliance VM from the datastore, right-click the appliance VM.
    4. Select Delete from Disk, and then click OK. For details, refer to the vSphere documentation.
Note: In case of Azure deployment, you must delete the entire Resource Group that contains three MPs and one CSM.
