You can run tests on an Edge to obtain diagnostic information by clicking Remote Diagnostics under Test & Troubleshoot.

To run a diagnostic test on a single Edge:

Procedure

  1. In the Enterprise portal, click Test & Troubleshoot and click Remote Diagnostic.
  2. Search for an Edge, if needed, using the Filter, and click Apply.
  3. Select a connected Edge.
    The Remote Diagnostics screen appears showing all the possible tests you can run on an Edge.
  4. Choose a diagnostic test and provide the necessary details, and click Run.
