You can download the generated Diagnostic bundles to troubleshoot an Edge.
- In the Enterprise portal of the new UI, click the Diagnostics tab and click Diagnostic Bundles.
The generated bundles are displayed in the window.
- To download a generated bundle, click the Complete link or select the bundle and click Download Bundle. The bundle is downloaded as a ZIP file.
For troubleshooting purpose, you can send the downloaded bundle to a VMware Support representative for debugging the data.
