Skyline Administrators use Skyline Advisor to initiate the TAM Reports activation.

To activate the TAM engagement account:

Only users assigned the Skyline Administrator service role can initiate the TAM service activation from Skyline Advisor. Skyline User role can view activation status.


  • Skyline Administrator must be a member of the Skyline Cloud Service Organization.

  • Access to Skyline Advisor Pro.

  • Skyline Administrator has Technical Account Manager (TAM) contact information.


  1. Log in to Skyline Advisor.
  2. Within Skyline Advisor Pro, click the Insights Reports tab. Under Insights Reports, click TAM Reports .
  3. Click ACTIVATE.
  4. Click COPY TO CLIPBOARD to provide the Cloud Service Organization ID to your Technical Account Manager.


Technical Account Manager can complete the activation process once informed by the Skyline Administrator that the process has been initiated.
