Health Check reports allow TAMs to generate actionable remediation recommendations based on Skyline analytics and proactive Findings. The TAM uses Skyline data to create a product Health Check Report and deliver it to you through Skyline Advisor Pro. Health Check Reports can be generated for VMware vSphere (including vSAN), Horizon, and NSX-V.
To access TAM Health Check report
Prerequisites
Ensure you are a registered member of Skyline Cloud Service Organization.
Ensure that you have access to Skyline Advisor Pro.
Ensure that TAM Reports has been activated.
Procedure
- In a web browser, go to https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor.
- Within Skyline Advisor Pro, click the Insights Reports tab. Under Insights Reports, click TAM Reports tab.
- All the reports are displayed on the TAM Reports page. Click the Health Check Reports card displayed on the page.
- Click Download to download the report.
- Click Share icon to share the report.
Results
You can opt out from TAM Reports at any time by navigating to Engagement Details and clicking Deactivate.
