Optional adapters

To transfer events and topology from optional adapters to the Adapter Platform or to the ACM Domain Manager, you need to configure the adapters to create the necessary application objects and instrument the proper attributes or notify the correct event. For example, adapters can transfer the UnitaryComputerSystem ResourceException problem and its symptomatic events.
