Message at the end of a rolled log

When rolling a log, a message is printed at the bottom of the log file before it is rolled. The message is similar to the following example:

MAIN-N-Closing this log file at March 19, 2009 9:48:19 PM EDT; continuing in
<BASEDIR>/local/logs/MYDM_en_US_UTF-8.log
