Description

Icon represents an IS-IS area.

Icon represents an IS-IS service that is running on a routing device. The routing device may be a physical router, a virtual router that is implemented within a physical router or a switch, or one of the following router cards in a switch:

  • Router switch module (RSM)

  • Router switch feature card (RSFC)

  • Multilayer switch feature card (MSFC)

Icon represents an IS-IS service that is running on an interface card in a switch.

Icon represents an IS-IS network.

Straight line represents an IS-IS adjacency between neighboring IS-IS services (neighboring IS-IS devices).

Directed dotted line represents composition.

Note that your system administrator might replace the default map nodes with other map nodes that are preferred by your organization. In that case, use Map >Map Legend to see the definitions of your map nodes. Also, additional icons might display, depending on the underlying VMware Smart Assuranceproducts and certified devices.
