User-defined attributes for Circuit and Trail notifications in Low Order SONET/SDH lists the values that OTM populates into the first four user-defined attribute fields. These are populated only in LowOrder_Circuit and HighOrder_Trail notifications in the Low Order SONET/SDH (PDH) domain

CTP failures will populate UserDefined1 and UserDefined2 fields of LowOrder_Circuit notification.

Elements of the CTP alarm vector separated by a semicolon, each element consists of:
