Root Cause and Impact

• When one of the Routes goes down due to any underlying (Topological Link, Equipment, Port) fault, an AtRisk notification is generated for the SubnetworkConnection.

• When all the Routes are down, then ServiceUnavailable event is generated for the SNC.
