This option creates a new configuration on the local server (that is, a new local *.ncf configuration file). The New Configuration option erases the memory of the VMware Smart Assurance NOTIF Editor and opens a blank topology tree in the left pane with an untitled configuration file, as shown in New Configuration window in the VMware Smart Assurance NOTIF Editor.
