VoIP Availability Manager discovers the following information:

VoIP applications such as voice mail and conference calling

VoIP network services such as Call Manager, Cisco Call Manager Publisher, and subscriber data

VoIP processes that are executing as part of the discovered VoIP applications and services

Redundancy groups, clusters, IP phones, and connectivity
VoIP Availability Manager also discovers and represents network services running on circuit cards, such as H.323 gatekeeper, IP server interface, and media processing. These services are sometimes referred to as card services.
