Upgrade

• In place upgrades from 10.1.2, 10.1.5, 10.1.7, and 10.1.9 to 10.1.12 is supported for Smarts.
• Migration from 10.1.2, 10.1.5, 10.1.7, and 10.1.9 to 10.1.12 is supported for Smarts.
  Note: SAM Console on Linux and Windows, upgrade is not supported on RHEL 9.x and Windows 2022 respectively.
