Copy postgresql-42.2.8.jar from NCM AS Server from <Product directory>/ncmcore/webapps/ncm-webapp/WEB-INF/lib to MnR Server under /opt/APG/Databases/JDBC-Drivers/Default/lib
Run chown apg:apg postgresql-42.2.8.jar .
Restart mysql database service using command: /opt/APG/bin/apg-mysql-default restart .
