Configuring IPStoragePath for KVM hypervisor in IP

IPStoragePath is supported for KVM hypervisors in IP. A KVM hypervisor is discovered as a host in IP. However, to discover the path, IP needs to detect the presence of KVM in IP topology. KVM is one of the end points of an IPStoragePath. The presence of KVM is not known from the SNMP probing. This can only be exposed through REST interface.
