The Multicast Group Performance Threshold setting is accessible via the Thresholds tab of the Polling and Thresholds Console. Configure the parameters described in the table to set thresholds for the data collected by the SNMP and external polling.
The Multicast Manager compares the polled data against the thresholds to determine fault conditions and to perform fault and performance correlation analysis. The Multicast Group Performance Threshold setting accepts elements of the PIMSgEntry class, which is the super class for S,G and *,G groups. Both *,G and S,G groups can be monitored for threshold values.
