Virtual VMware Edge Cloud Orchestrator hosts can be used for both testing and also as part of a CI/CD pipeline to provide tests as an automated procedure, enabling the entire VMware Edge Cloud Orchestrator server and applications to be deployed in a controlled manner. It also allows end-to-end testing of edge locations before deploying hosts to the physical devices at that edge location.
