You can access the TCA application logs using following ways:

Procedure

  1. Using SSH:
    1. Log in to the virtual machine (VM).

    2. Navigate to the /logs/pods directory. In this directory you can find logs for all the TCA application pods that are currently running.

    3. Find logs by application. Logs for specific applications follow a specific naming pattern. For example, if you search the app-engine logs of TCA-manager, you can find them in the /logs/tca-app.tca-mgr folder.
    4. Access older logs for pods (including deleted pods) at /logs/retained-logs. For more information, check Retained Logs in TCA Appliance.
  2. Use troubleshooting tools:
    1. If you encounter any issue, you can use troubleshooting tools to help you access and analyze the logs as described previously. For more information, see Accessing troubleshooting tool section.
