Upgrading vCenter Server

This section describes how to upgrade vCenter Servers from 6.7 U3 to 6.7 U3j in Active, Passive, and Witness nodes, if your vCenter Server Appliance is configured in a vCenter High Availability (HA) cluster.

Prerequisites

• Remove the vCenter HA Configuration.

• Attach the upgrade ISO image to all three VMs (Active, Passive, Witness).

Note:

The upgrade sequence of vCenter Server VMs must be Witness => Passive => Active.

Procedure

• ♦Patch the vCenter High Availability Environment from 6.7 U3 to 6.7 U3j.
