Input format

The input format of the service.data.template file is based on Offering Types and Subscriber Types, where:

• Offering Types represent any of the following ICIM classes:

  • ServiceOffering

  • BusinessProcess

• Subscriber Types represent any of the following ICIM classes:

  • ServiceSubscriber

  • Customer

  • Organization

  • BusinessUnit

  • LOB

  • Department

    These ICIM classes compose the business data model, which is described in “Business Impact Manager elements” on page 26.
