Cell Site Groups

VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance supports the discovery and monitoring of the Cell Site Groups to support the day 0 launch steps in VMware Telco Cloud Automation.

A Cell Site represents a Hypervisor instance belonging to a Cell Site Group. The service provider divides a countrywide infrastructure coverage area into broad geographic areas and markets as part of their network plan to ensure optimal network coverage.

Note: For Cell Site Group discovery and monitoring, you must install the latest patch for IP, SAM, ESM, MPLS, and NMP Managers.
