Sometimes for documentation purposes, you may need to add comments to an audit log for a specific notification. For example, you may want to log a summary of actions taken to solve a problem or list pending issues for the operators on the next shift. The inserted entries cannot be edited or deleted and they are archived as part of the audit log.


  1. Go to https://Telcocloud serviceassurance-ui-IP.
    A typical default URL for logging in to the user interface from the same system on which VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance is installed is, https://10.x.x.x.
  2. On the login screen, enter your username and password.
  3. Click Next.
    The Notification Console opens.
  4. Right-click the desired notification, and click Audit Log. You can also select multiple notifications.
  5. Type your comments and click Add Audit Log.
