Introducing the New VMware Aria Family Name
Starting with the VMware Aria Automation April 2023 and upcoming VMware Aria Automation 8.12 release, the documentation suite is hosted on a new VMware Aria Automation product documentation landing page that includes documentation for:
- Aria Automation Assembler (formerly Cloud Assembly)
- Aria Automation Consumption (formerly Service Broker)
- Aria Automation Pipeline (formerly Code Stream)
- Aria Automation Orchestrator (formerly vRealize Orchestrator)
- Aria Automation Config (formerly SaltStack Config)
- Aria Automation for Secure Hosts (formerly SecOps)
SaltStack Config integrates with vRealize Automation
SaltStack Config is tightly integrated with vRealize Automation and is one of its key product features. SaltStack Config is available for both the on-prem and cloud versions of vRealize Automation. See VMware vRealize Automation Documentation for more information.
Switching between cloud and on-prem documentation
SaltStack Config has many of the same features for both the cloud and on-premises versions, but you can use the version to selector to read the product documentation for your version.
