SaltStack Config integrates with vRealize Automation

SaltStack Config is tightly integrated with vRealize Automation and is one of its key product features. SaltStack Config is available for both the on-prem and cloud versions of vRealize Automation. See VMware vRealize Automation Documentation for more information.

Switching between cloud and on-prem documentation

SaltStack Config has many of the same features for both the cloud and on-premises versions, but you can use the version to selector to read the product documentation for your version.

With an article open, click the Selected product version drop-down menu at the top of the article to switch between the cloud/SaaS version and an 8.x version.
