About vRealize True Visibility Management Pack for ServiceNow
The VMware vRealize® True Visibility™ Management Pack for ServiceNow is an embedded adapter for vRealize Operations (vROps) that contextualizes vRealize data by collecting ServiceNow CMDB configuration items (CIs) and mapping those vRealize objects based on a user-defined schema.

Known Issues/Limitations
The following known issues/limitations exist for the currently-released version of the Management Pack:
- This product supports only a single adapter instance/single ServiceNow target.
- Proxies are not supported.
- CMDB Sync is not compatible with the ServiceNow Discovery Plugin.
