Known Issues / Limitations
The following items should be noted for users upgrading from version 2.0.3.20171117.153434 of the Management Pack:
- A couple of prerequisite configurations for ESXi hosts are required to collect external Host > Server relationship and certain metrics. See: Prerequisite Configurations for ESXi Hosts for details.
The following items should be noted for users upgrading from any version of the Management Pack prior to 2.0.0.20170809.143036:
- Previous versions of the HPE ProLiant Management Pack use the HP prefix in UI label names (dashboards, resources, etc.). Most references to HP were updated to HPE in version 2.0.0.20170809.143036, but please note that some instances of HP remain (e.g., the adapter name) to maintain an upgrade path for existing customers.
- Existing customers who are monitoring blade server environments through the iLOmust modify their configuration to the Onboard Administrator (OA) Command Line Interface (CLI). As of version 2.0.0.20170809.143036, the HPE ProLiant Management Pack no longer supports monitoring of blade servers through the iLO. See also: Upgrading the Management Pack (HPE ProLiant).
