The vCenter is successfully connected to the cloud, but the VMware Cloud Console does not show any data from the vCenter.
Cause
If it is not a first time scenario, follow the steps given under Solution.
Solution
- Refresh the page and verify whether you can see the data.
- On the Inventory page, check the status of the Alert icon for the vCenter.
- If it shows a red warning, see The Alert Column on the Inventory Page Shows a Warning.
- If it shows a green check and you are still unable to see the data even after refresing the page, please contact VMware Support.
