VMware periodically auto-updates vSphere+ and VMware Cloud Gateway whenever an update is available. These updates ensure continuous delivery of new services, enhancements, and bug fixes.
These auto-updates are not applicable for your vCenter Server. You must manually update the vCenter Server whenever an update is available.
