VMware Skyline Health Diagnostics is a self-service diagnostics platform. This tool helps to detect issues in the vSphere and vSAN product line and provides solutions for them.

VMware Skyline Health Diagnostics tool uses the product log files to identify issues and provides recommendations in the form of a Knowledge Base article or procedure to remediate issues. vSphere administrators can use this tool to troubleshoot issues before contacting VMware Global Support Service.   1. Select a host instance in the vSphere Client.
  2. Click the Monitor tab, and click Skyline Health.
  3. From the Self support Diagnostics dropdown, click VMware Skyline Health Diagnostics.
