Invite Users to Your Organization

After you purchase the VMware Cloud Flex Storage service and add it to your organization, you can invite users to your VMware Cloud organization.

As an organization owner, when you invite users to the service, you assign them organization roles which specify privileges that an organization member has over organization assets, and service roles, which gives users the permission to use the VMware Cloud Flex Storage service.

As you invite the users, you grant them both VMware Cloud organization roles and any other VMware Cloud Flex Storage service roles you want to give them.

The users you invite also need at least one VMware Cloud Flex Storage service roles to access the UI to manage regions.
