Create the Standby Load Balancer in the Recovery VMware Cloud Foundation Instance

You deploy and configure a Tier-1 gateway, attach the global NSX segment, and configure static routes to provide layer-2 connectivity with layer-3 IP reachability in the global network. You then activate load balancing on the Tier-1 gateway to provide load balancing services to the SDDC components if a failover occurs.
