The Partner Dashboard acts as a portal which allows Partner users to view Customer details, manage their Customer accounts, and manage Partner users. Partners can also use the Partner Dashboard feature to access and monitor their individual Customer's VMware Edge Network Intelligence portals.
Customer Dashboard
VMware Support creates a Partner company and an associated Partner user account. This Partner user can then access their Customer Dashboard by logging into VMware Edge Network Intelligence. The Partner users can view the list of Customers and their details such as Domain, Operating State, Edge status and so on.
The
Customer Dashboard screen is displayed below:
Click on the Customer's name to view that particular Customer's VMware Edge Network Intelligence portal as shown below:
To return to the Partner Dashboard, click Return to dashboard located at the top right corner of the screen.
Click the notification button located at the bottom left corner of the Customer Dashboard screen to view announcements, to take a product walkthrough, or to submit feedbacks.
