As a Skyline user, you can use VMware Skyline Advisor Pro Log Assist to transfer a support bundle to VMware to troubleshoot an open Support Request.
Log Assist is only supported for Skyline customers who receive support directly from Broadcom.
You don't have to manually create the log bundles because Skyline automatically creates them while configuring your products. You can use Skyline Advisor Pro to directly upload the logs to the Support Request that VMware Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) use to help you with your technical problems. As a result, both of these capabilities enable you to send log files to your support team more quickly.
Additionally, VMware TSEs can request a support bundle to assist with troubleshooting, and you approve the request directly, so you don't need to do this action manually.
