A Cloud Services Organization is a logical container for all your VMware Cloud services. Features include Identity & Access Management, Billing & Subscription, and Development and Support Centers.
The VMware Skyline Collector is a virtual appliance that customers deploy within their environment which securely collects and transfers product usage and performance data to VMware.
You add VMware products and solutions to the Skyline Collector. VMware Skyline collects diagnostic data about the vSphere, NSX for vSphere, Horizon, VMware Aria Operations (formerly vRealize Operations Manager), VMware Cloud Foundation, VMware Aria Automation (formerly vRealize Automation), VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle (formerly vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager), and VMware Aria Operations for Logs (formerly vRealize Log Insight).
