EMS to IP Manager interface mapping shows an example of the mapping of interface elements in the Alcatel-Lucent 5620 SAM EMS as they are instantiated in the IP Availability Manager. In this example, mappings are shown for interfaces such as the following:

• Physical port is mapped to Interface (port number indicated)

• Network interface is mapped to Interface (NW indicated)

• L2 access interface is mapped to Interface (L2 SAP indicated)

• L3 access interface is mapped to Interface (L3 SAP indicated)
