Transferring the value of the new attribute to the Global Manager

The new attribute for the Router class has been loaded into the model of the Global Manager. To transfer the value of the new attribute, the Network-Resource Manager, IP-Perspective Manager, and the IP-Analysis Manager must be added as sources to the Global Manager.
