This topic explains how to install VMware Tanzu Operations Manager (Ops Manager) on GCP manually.
You can install Ops Manager on GCP with either the VMware Tanzu Application Service for VMs (TAS for VMs) or VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated Edition (TKGI) runtime.
To install Ops Manager on GCP manually, do one of the following:
Install with TAS for VMs. For more information, see Install with TAS for VMs below.
Install with TKGI. For more information, see Install with TKGI below.
To install manually with TAS for VMs:
Prepare to deploy Ops Manager. For more information, see Preparing to Deploy Ops Manager on GCP.
Deploy Ops Manager. For more information, see Deploying Ops Manager on GCP.
Configure BOSH Director. For more information, see Configuring BOSH Director on GCP.
(Optional). Configure a shared VPC. For more information, see (Optional) Configuring a Shared VPC on GCP.
To install manually with TKGI:
Prepare to deploy Ops Manager. For more information, see Preparing to Deploy Ops Manager on GCP.
Deploy Ops Manager. For more information, see Deploying Ops Manager on GCP.

After completing the procedures above, configure a runtime.
