You manage Platform Services Controller services from the vSphere Client, or by using one of the available scripts and CLIs.
Different Platform Services Controller services support different interfaces.
Interface | Description |

vSphere Client | Web interface (HTML5-based client). The vSphere Client user interface terminology, topology, and workflow are closely aligned with the same aspects and elements of the vSphere Web Client user interface. |
vSphere Web Client | Web interface for managing some of the services. |
