Skyline Insights Reports provides insights into the health and performance of your VMware infrastructure, including information on findings, alerts, suggestions, and other sources. Additionally, these reports provide the functionality to export your inventory details, assisting you in accessing your current VMware product usage.

You can plan an upgrade, manage risks based on historical trends, deliver periodic updates, assess your current VMware product usage using Skyline Insights Reports. You can consume Success 360 Reports, or TAM Reports as part of Skyline Insights Reports if you have VMware Select Support or active TAM users.

To access Insights Reports, log in to Skyline Advisor Pro and click the Insights Reports tab, or click the link in the report email to view the Insights Report library and download your latest Custom Report.

Inventory Export Reports

Inventory Export Reports in VMware Skyline enable you to export reports of your inventory, licensing, and configuration data for all the VMware products supported by Skyline. This reporting capability provides you with a clearer view of your deployment, supporting various use cases. See Inventory Export Reports.

Success 360 Reports

Success 360 Reports summarizes outstanding wellness assessments of systems with active findings, systems that require an upgrade for the vCenter connected products, and health check actions. It includes standard and custom reports that provide an overview and analysis of your infrastructure. See Success 360 Reports.

Technical Account Management (TAM) Reports

The Technical Account Management services deliver product health checks and generate Inventory Export reports from Skyline. TAMs can share the metric reports outside of Skyline. See TAM Reports.
