Transferring the new attribute to the other Domain Managers

Whether or not the new attribute is transferred from the Network-Resource Manager to the other Domain Managers depends on the purpose of the attribute. Several scenarios for updating dxa files between Domain Managers presents a few scenarios and describes which inter-Domain Manager dxa file needs to be updated with the new attribute.
