Al importar vRealize Automation en vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager, se produce un error en la importación y aparece un mensaje de error.
Problema
Si los detalles de VMware Identity Manager no coinciden con vRealize Automation, al importar vRealize Automation en vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager, es posible que se vea el siguiente mensaje de error.
Error Code: LCMVRAVACONFIG590026
vRealize Automation Import failed due to VMware Identity Manager details in vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager not matching with the provided vRealize Automation. Please retry by providing vRealize Automation which has VMware Identity Manager details same as vRSCLM VMware Identity Manager details.
vRA vIDM details mismatch. vRA Import is supported only if vRSLCM vIDM is matched with vRA vIDM details.
Causa
La instancia de VMware Identity Manager importada a vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager no coincide con el host de vRealize Automation que estaba intentando importar.
Solución
- Elimine el entorno global de vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager. Esta acción se admite en la interfaz de usuario de vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.4.
- Importe la instancia de VMware Identity Manager asociada con el host de vRealize Automation.
- Cree una nueva solicitud para importar vRealize Automation.
