With the VMware Blockchain Orchestrator appliance, you can deploy VMware Blockchain nodes in your AWS environment.

VMware Blockchain Orchestrator requires descriptor files that define all the available properties to configure and deploy VMware Blockchain nodes. You must create the infrastructure and deployment descriptor files. The infrastructure descriptor file includes definitions such as AWS instance and networking configuration information. The deployment descriptor file contains definitions such as the number of Replica and Client nodes, IP addresses and the type of blockchain. Set the actual parameter values applicable to your deployment in these files. The VMware Blockchain Orchestrator uses the values in the descriptor files to provision the VMware Blockchain nodes.

The VMware Blockchain Orchestrator provides an automated method to securely deploy the Replica, Client, and Full Copy Client nodes.

After you deploy the VMware Blockchain nodes, as a preemptive measure to avoid errors during a transaction validate the following core components' status.

If you deployed Full Copy Client nodes, then validate that these nodes are working correctly.
