After you purchase a VMware Live Recovery entitlement from your VMware sales representative, you will receive a welcome email that provides a link to give you access to VMware Cloud Services.
When you click the Getting Started link in the email, you can log in to the VMware Cloud console and view your Organization.
If this is the first time using VMware Cloud Services, then an organization is created for you by VMware after your purchase. You will receive a welcome email with instructions to log in.
If you are an existing customer with Broadcom and have multiple organizations (tenants), then a notification is sent to you after purchase to choose the Organization (tenant). Provisioning is set to “tenant hold" until an Organization is chosen.
Once you select an Organization, provisioning is complete and you will receive the welcome email with helpful resources and login information.
Once you have access to your Organization you can invite users and Set Up VMware Live Cyber Recovery or Set Up VMware Live Site Recovery.
