Problem

1. Collection Fails for vRealize Operations with Horizon MP with error message: vRealize Operations for Horizon customers - Please reach out to your sales representative for information regarding upgrading to vRealize Cloud Universal to enable the VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for Horizon.
2. Collection Fails for vRealize Operations with Horizon MP with error message: Advanced or Enterprise license is required.

Solution

1. Install MP4H. There is a check in the new adapter to prevent it from working if installed in an environment where v4h is already running.
2. The customer should set up an alternate vROPS instance with an Advanced/Enterprise license.
